Lunch/Snack
Lunches may be purchased for the week at registration. There will be a snack bar open during camp hours to include sport drinks, candy, and other snacks.

Equipment
-Each camper will receive a reversible camp jersey.
-There will be numerous prizes, giveaways, and raffles.

Campers are expected to bring their own equipment:
  · Stick
  · Helmet
  · Shoulder pads
  · Arm pads
  · Gloves
  · Cleats
  · Mouth piece


Insurance and Medical Information
Accidental/Medical coverage for this camp program will be provided on an excess secondary basis. Parent’s insurance is the primary carrier; camp insurance is the secondary carrier.

A full time medical staff member will be present at all camp activities to assist in the health care of each camper. Insurance and Medical forms must be completed prior to participation.
